May I ask what did you mean by the kind of installation?

Yes, I used "GraphicsEnabler" String value "Yes".

QE/CI: the top bar is translucent (I can see the stars behind the bar). Does this mean it is working?

You made a Distro Install (like Hazard) or Retail???

In the most of cases, when we have Transparent MenuBar QE/CI is working, but just to have sure, try to run DVDPlayer.app or Front Row.app...

    It is a retail version.

The DVDPlayer can load, while I don't have DVD to play right now. The mp4 works fine in iTunes, and flash works well on Youtube. I tried VLC as well, it plays avi with no issue...

Maybe this Netflix thing is just not working?...

OK. Downloaded the app and what tests to do? There is a "Tests" tab, passed all tests from 1.1 - 2.1, and the FPS are around 186..

I think that if the only app that you have issues is Netflix(i never used, so i don`t know what you may change), try to check if you can made some adjustments on it...

Also, as you told that the application uses Microsoft Silverlight, you can try using a older version (or newer)...
