    Default Garageband can't complete download?

Has anyone experienced the issue when downloading Garageband lessons and receiving the error "GarageBand was not able to complete the download."? To be honest it never even starts. I've searched and found a few references to this problem but none of the solutions has worked for me such as deleting plists. caches, trying to download logged in using a guest account, even a complete removal and reinstall. The bizarre thing is it was working a few days ago then all of a sudden i have this issue.

Seems it might be an Apple issue with their server.
