Your hardware does not match the BBG Budget. The Budget bootCD was specialy made for the Budget hardware.
Its all in the DSDT. You are trying it with a E5500 processor, it should have been the E5300.
Don't know your videocard but it should be a ASUS 8400GS, 512MB.
Here you can see what the hardware should have been: Hackintosh.nl - Best Buy Guide. Just press "Bestel" button of the Budget BBG.
You can use googletranslate if needed.

The same motherboard, videocard and processor of the BBG are the most important hardware for the DSDT.

Try installing with iBoot. BBG budget iso wouldn't work.

iMick didn't say that. The BBG ISO is specifically for that hardware. I think iBoot should be working fine for you.

For sleep you need to enable "Start up after power failure." Nice that it works.

Hi macnoob,

CPU 1 has no hpet assigned .....

The first thing I thought of when I saw this error was the DSDT.
But you are telling us that the E5500 works fine with the bootCD?
I did not expect this. :o Keep in mind that the DSDT could change in the future so keep a backup.
Did you changed the BIOS settings? 15x 16x? E5300=2.60 GHz CPU Clock Ratio?

You can use iStat 2.0 (the last freeware version) to view temperature and much more.
iStat Menus 2.0.zip
5.8 MB download.
http://freepic.nl/img=6b0a1a3a2b

Can you tell us what the temp of the CPU is?

Nice that it works for you.
Thanks for sharing this information so others (and we) can learn from it.
Not a noob after all :)

How do you mean ?. You can install it with kext helper or Kext utility or these commands in the terminal.

.extract the zip to your desktop (not into a folder, literally to your desktop) this means there should be a file on your desktop called AppleNForceATA.kext
2. open Terminal, (/applications/utilities/terminal.app)
3. type sudo -s in terminal then your admin password following this, now you should be root.
4. type sudo mv /users/(YOUR USERNAME)/desktop/AppleNForceATA.kext /system/library/extensions
at this point the file AppleNForceATA.kext should have dissapeared from the desktop,
5. type sudo chmod -R 755 /System/Library/Extensions/AppleNForceATA.kext
6. type sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/Extensions/AppleNForceATA.kext
7. now, CLOSE TERMINAL
then go to /system/library and look for
Extensions.mkext, and also look for extensions.kextcache,

If you take a look in the /Extra/Extenson folder you can see:
NullCPUPowerManagement.kext

So it's installed already with the bootCD.

Your temp 53-47°C is indeed a bit high. You can take a look in your BIOS to see what the temp is.

Did you have sound the first time?
If you did update to 10.6.4 you have to run the "Na installatie.mpkg" of the bootCD again. It put the old AppleHDA back. Then sound should work again.

Bluetooth I don't know, may someone els can help please?

If no one respond you can ask imick for help but he's on holiday right now. Next week wednesday he might be back.
imick has the Budget at home and knows the most of it.

After the 10.6.4 update, you need to run the "Na Installatie" PKG again. Then it restores your old AppleHDA.kext
