I need kext for this graphic card for lion or snow leopard.

It isn't recommend to use kexts for your GPU. Have you tried to use GraphicsEnabler or EFIstrings?
You could test GraphicsEnabler by booting with GraphicsEnabler=yes
You could make an EFI string with EFI studio or OSX86Tools.

when i make EFI String,have black screan.

I spent days struggling with this issue on lion 10.7.3 on my dell optioned with 8600 gt.

the only thing that worked was installing NVEnabler.kext with kext utility.

GraphicsEnabler=Yes and EFI strings were a big fat FAIL!!!
