nvidia geforce 9100

i am having trouble getting my video card to work i get video but its fuzzy its
nvidia geforce 9100 thanks for the help!

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 820
Chipset: NVIDIA GeForce 9100
Motherboard: M2N78-LA (Violet6)
Memory: 8 GB
Video graphics: Integrated graphics using nVidia GeForce 9100
