I'll admit, I'm very new to the mackintosh scene. After many a struggle installing using iATKOS L2, I managed to get the machine booting and running, with the on-board screen, keyboard, and mouse working, as well as ethernet. No sound or graphics drivers. The sound I can live with for now, but the lack of graphics drivers is what's hurting me.
I'm stuck on 1024x768, and I've seen many a solution to get out of it, but most of them are for snow leopard, and I'm on Lion.
I did find this guide, http://www.osx86.net/view/1458-lion_...80_shrike.html , but I'm entirely clueless as for what to do with the files. I used KextWizard to install the kexts, but I don't know how to edit the other files, and I still can't boot without the "GraphicsEnabler=No" flag.
What I would like is for a simple guide to editing those files, or a better solution if there is one. I have another desktop PC (Amd-based, built by me, no go for Hackintoshing), so I'm willing to experiment. I want to learn about OSX, that's why I'm here. I'm not trying to cheap out of a mac, or beg for help, I just want to learn, and this seems to be an area lacking tutorials and assistance.
If a fellow wouldn't mind helping me out, I'd be willing to offer ftp space on either of my websites, CarrotFlowers.net or PanixxMusic.com , but that's all I have to offer, sadly.
Thank you all for your help!

Also, full specs:
Stock 250gb HDD
1600x900 screen (It's touch, never worked right)
Intel i7 720qm @1.6ghz
4 gigs DDR3 ram
Was way too expensive, but I didn't choose it.
