I would really appreciate if I could get some advice about my efi-x pc/mac computer. I finally got my radeon 4870 to work in mac os x a while ago by installing some unofficial radeon drivers. It works great while I use the computer, but if I connect an hdmi cord into the graphic card it freezes my computer. Inside mac os x it also identifies the card as a radeon x1200, and mac os x wants to update it.
Will updating it help?
