My mistake about the last post.
The command I entered on my AMD system is : rd(0,0)/Extra/legacy_kernel -v -f maxmem=4096
I will see if i can show a screenshot later.

Yes! First boot cd that actually works for me! Snow Leopard boots, but i can't install...
Anybody knows why?

AMD Athlon 3500
DFI Lanparty Nforce
SATA Samsung HDD
SATA DVD-drive
Nvidia Gforce 9400GT
4gb of DDR

and a Retail disc of Mac OS X 10.6.2

I used this to boot: rd(0,0)/Extra/legacy_kernel -v -f maxmem=4096

Thanks in advance..

And now it doesn't boot anymore> ?!? How's that possible

Just a blank screen with a tiny block to type on upperleft corner of the screen
