For Mountain Lion DP1 - OSInstall framework and OSInstall.mpkg patched so you can install on hard drives with DOS MBR-style partition tables, instead of GUID. board-id check is also removed, so no requirement is needed in an smbios.plist.

Tested and works just fine.

Just unpack to the root of the Install media’s volume with sudo. Example:

Or graphically unpack with Archive Utility and drag and drop. I just always show the command line method because it reserves the original root:wheel ownership. bleb.
