Just install, repair disk permission and built cache (Use Kext wizard, for all step)
You'd got way how to trick nvidia override intel HD.

NOTES:
these tested with nvidia gt 540m was detected only before, even not as primary display.
FIND CORRECT DSDT IF YOUR GT540M NOT DETECTED

run benchmark before install, and run again after install
I gain hundreds point in Geekbench, and
Just install main packages Natit540M2GB.kext, let it's playing role. If you wanna see deeper, there's strings for detecting nvidia card. (almost same strings inside DSDT)
