Hi,
This are my edited kext for ATI radeon hd 4350 id: 0x954f1002
fully working in OSX10.6.8
Just install on /system/Library/Extension with kext utility.
No need of any injector on /Extras/Extensions.
full QE_CI
No ATIFramebuffer in AtiConfig (No AtiFramebuffer means that DVDplayer, ableton live and many games just crash)
Green apple logo.
Let me know
Seevolas.

You need to put your card Id's in ATISupport.kext and ATI4600Controller.Kext to your S/L/E
Try this edits:

1. ATISupport.Kext/Contents/Info.plist:

Change:

<key>IOPCIMatch</key>
<string>0x954f1002&0x0000FFFF</string>

To:

<key>IOPCIMatch</key>
<string>0x95521002&0x0000FFFF</string>

2. ATI4600Controller.kext/Contents/Info.plist:

Change:

<key>IOPCIMatch</key>
<string>0x954f1002</string>

To:

<key>IOPCIMatch</key>
<string>0x95521002</string>

To open a kext just right clic over it and choose show package contents:
open content folder
open Info.plist.
use any editor you like.
Once finished, put your edited kext on Extra/Extensions.
And reboot.
Hope that work with your card.
Good luck.

ok, I used your kexts, tried it on ML-DP4, go error on dvdplayer.
I then re-install ML-DP4, then tried to mod the same file in /S/L/E, but still no go with dvdplayer.

@ fbifido

those kexts are for Snow Leopard 10.6.8, so they don't work on OS X Lion and even less on Mountain Lion.

@fantom

Question did you modify any of the kexts other than putting you dev-id?
