can you post a guide on how to copy and overwrite OSINSTALL file that is in the Base.dmg hidden read-only directory? thanks |

hi pcwizard7 you have a txt file into the folder, named HowTo.txt, there's a guide on how to copy it !!! tell me if you see it, if not, i'll post it here |

... firstly, you need to restore BaseSystem.dmg on your usb stick and then follow the guide into HowTo.txt file !!!! |

The "instructions" included are worthless. They only contain a handful of lines of text which seem to just consist of file names.  |

hi fantomas thanks for the tip was able to do it easy, i restored the InstallESD.dmg file not Base.dmg. just so i know u restore the base.dmg for OSX Installs on PC thanks |
