you'll have to use a patched dsdt. for the wake up to work properly you'll have to install the latest nvidia drivers for mac. |

thank you for your reply! May you please give more details about that? Link to latest drivers, dsdt patch? you mean classical usb-patches ? or something specific for mountain lion? in lion everything works nice, just in mountain there is the problem... thanks! |

Here you go DSDT: http://www.osx86.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=3209 latest nvidia drivers http://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-...20-driver.html you'll have to change the smbios plist to macpro5,1 first andt then install the drivers and then you can revert back to the smbios you were using. you will have no wake issues after this. enjoy. |

thanks! the first link you gave me points here...no dsdt, but applehda & ioaudiofamily. I installed nvidia drivers and all went fine, but now i can't even put it in sleep (computer frozen, black screen, no sleep-mode). Before i was able to put computer in sleep, but i had problems with resume. Now i cannot even stop. Perhaps it's due do dsdt...may you please provide your dsdt and your "extra" folder? Thanks! |

a point to note is that you have to delete nullcpupowermanagement.kext... but only after your dsdt is applied or else powermanagement.kext will kernel panic your a$$. |

Hi, I have G74Sx-TZ391V and can't get sound (AppleHDA) to work with mic, or I have speakers working or mic working with different kext, never both at the same time, can anyone help me, please? |
