I have tried your method, but I am having the same issue I started with . I have a Latitude D630 with a DW1390 Broadcom chip in it. After updating to 10.6.5 I no longer have an internet connection. It sees all of the networks in range and knows if they are secure or not. It will even connect to them and assign me a valid IP address. But every time I go to Safari, try to update, or ping a website, it says I have no Internet connection. I cannot figure out what is going on! Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated... |
