finntriel, that's a great job. before, i used a kernel that is for i7 but the multi tasking was awful. thanks to this kernel, while rendering a video from final cut, i can render another video from after effects and surfing on the net. thanks ;)

i wish that guy would stop doing that. he's messing it up for the rest of us.

hey guys i am an amd user too. And i'm wondering if there are any kernels that would support the Amd llano fusion platform. My laptop is an HP Pavilion Dv6-6117dx with the AMD A8-3500M and the ATI Radeon 6620G.

i used this kernel 10.7.3

but

all working except FaceTime, iCloud login

vanilla kernel is working to that.

but i command cpus=1(thread is one) in chameleon.

to sherlocks

try first boot with cpus=1 and set up iCloud&FaceTime, after that put kernel in / and restart.

Finally U get all cores great render and iCloud etc.

Daemon Flex & 0FF: if "stupid intel user" means to have an AMD Phenom II X6 and a AMD APU laptop, then yes, i am a stupid intel user. But i have the brain for having RESPECT for those programmers that a day will let you use OSX on a AMD Processor, useless noobs.
