It works on the Asrock 880GM-LE. Haven't tested inputs yet but output seems stable. Running Snow Leopard. Just remember to remove the AppleHDA.kext.

is it working on Different Board??Because I Have Same Realtek Codec On My ASUS P5LD2-X/1333..

Thank you so so so much, i have lion and this is the reason.

I have an as rock g41m-gs3 and have never been able to get sound on lion on that board but now i finally found this next and it works like a dream. Even the input ports work. Now i can finally run lion with sound. Thank u soooooo much.

I'm confirming DeathBeam's comment. It works on my ASRock 880GM-LE also, using Lion 10.7.3 and 6-core AMD Phenom II X6. Installed OS X with N{censored}12495's Lion release.
