I've got problem with resolution/frequency...

When I reboot, after installing this kext.

I've got message from my LCD BENQ - unsupported mode( or smt like that)

What should I change in this KEXT or in snow 10.6.7 ???

I've deleted all display files in library/displays/override

now I boot in 1024x768 I see this in "about pc" menu :

nVidia GeForce GT 230

GPU PCIe

x16

1536 Mb

NVIDIA (0x10de)

ID : 0x0603

rev: 0x00a2

monitors:

iMac:1024 x 768 color 32-bit (ARGB8888)

And I CANT change resolution .

I've tried switchresx, changin boot.plist...:(((

I've got BENQ t2200hda (i need 1920x1080x32@60hz to work)

tnx

I have the same display & resolution full working in Lion.

What's your OSX version? I have the same card (ID & revision).

Maybe if you edit 'GraphicsMode=1920x1080x32' in org.chameleon.Boot.plist,

No need GraphicsEnabler=Yes.

Repair permissions & rebuild kexts/cache.

Maybe you need upgrade to 10.6.8 or Lion,

or try with another enabler Kexts.

NV50HAL & Resman don't need edits or changes.

Sorry, I don't speak english.

THANK YOU to who ever started this!!!!! I have that card and I accidentally made it work with simple graphics enabler and something else. My card is fully working in VGA... HDMI doesnt work I don't know why :(, I haven't tested DVI... I've been running osx since the 10.6.6 release. By the way my computer wasn't made by me. I bought a Gateway LX6820 it has pretty nice specs, the only downside is that it had terrible airflow so I bought fans and its great now... just saying if you have that computer tell me. I made instructions for my self cause installing osx is a trial and error process.. So i made instructions. Now I'm running lion, but the Graphics card's name isn't detected... If you guys can help me with that I think I can solve issue with not being able to sign into the Mac App Store... Thanks! Comment back if I can be to any use to you guys, also don't forget my request aswell. Also my ALC888S isn't working with 5.1 but I'm using a custom Voodoo driver someone made sooo yeah, bt if you have a solution for that tell me !!! thanks ;) Wow that's a huge comment.... lol
