I hop that my ATI Radeon 5830 HD should not be in the 1% of the rest cards which are not supported.

Finally got my system to stop hanging (black screen + full fan speed) on boot thanks to these! :D

The only problem I'm having now seems to be with QE/CI support. Anything that requires video hardware acceleration causes problems. iMovie throws up an error about needing a graphics card that requires Quartz Extreme and playing videos in my browser causes either the browser or the flash plugin to crash. Any advice?

I have an Asus 5870 if that helps.

Hi Linearburn,

Tried installing beta2 and beta3, but both gave grey screens with the cursor and I could only get the system back by deleting all the ATI files from Windows 7 disk. My card is ATI 6850 on a Asus P8P67 pro board with 16gig ram. Should anything be added to the com.apple.boot.plist (such as GraphicsEnabler=Yes) or not?.

Yours with thanks for your efforts Terry.
