The string "0x94981002" has to be included in the kexts, responsible for the ATI cards of this generation. 9498 is the device (HD4650) ID, 1002 is the vendor (ATI) ID.

Just right klick on the kext ; Show Package Contents ; open Contents folder and find Info.plist.

Open it with Text Editor, search for 0x94981002 and You will see where the string is added.

Can you make a 10.11.6 compatible kext of this video card?

if I install this version on 10.11.6 when I boot up El Capitan, it immediately restarts.

if I don't install the driver, it says HD 4710 and it laggs like hell
