DX79TO help!!

Question

Hi, so im new and all of that. If anyone can help that would be super cool..ill list what i am running, and then how far i get!

?

what im running

Intek core i7 939k (sandy bridge)

a DX9TO

Audio Adapter Realtek ALC892 @ Intel Patsburg PCH - High Definition Audio Controller
Controller IDE Intel ? C600/X79 series chipset 6-Port SATA AHCI Controller - 1D02
Network Adapter Intel ? 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection
Controller USB3 NEC uPD720200AF1 USB 3.0 Host Controller

?and an ASUS Geforce gtx 260

for installing im running an old dusty 8800

oh and 12 gigs of ram since one dim frazzled

?

right, this is how far i get..

i install using GraphicsEnabler=No PCIRootUID=1

that part is fine, only it doesnt seem to detect my keyboard properly (its a gigabyte aivia), once im in all seems well, network is working, but no audio..

so then i run updatehelper, reboot, comboupdate with MB{censored}..this is where it goes wierd, since im not so smart

and ive tried a few different variations of MB{censored}.

the easy install (leaves me with audio, but network goes dead) and it is super laggy..i tried the X79 DSDT.dmg from rampagedev, but that just freaked it all out.

all i want to do is get it stable, install pro tools 9 and be happy, with my digi002 working via firewire.

can anyone help out, or has anyone installed snow leopard on this board..

if anyone can help that would be super cool!!
