  1. I installed Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 successfuly. I boots without any problems. But after useing the OS for about 2 mins Mac freezes. I use a bronzovka v3 patchd kernel. Please help
  2. Well, I did. I have asked a lot of people but nobody was able to help me. And in my case it can't be due to my graphics card, because I exchanged to for and NVIDIA GPU but it still stucks.
  3. I'm trying to install Lion on my pc using U{censored}. T have added the following kexts: NullCPUPowerManagent.kext Fakesmc.kext IOPCIFamily.kext (10.6.8) AppleACPIPlatform.kext (10.6.8) I've read this could be due to the graphics card, so I exchanged it for an old NVIDIA graphics card, but nothing changed at all. Hopefully someone could help me. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7279/6933086770_42c84c4d32_z.jpg
  4. I have this problem with Lion. What do you suggest now?
  5. Version 1.0

    98 downloads

This is the original Mission Control from Lion. It was just modified to run with Snow Leopard.
  6. I had a retail installation of Snow Leopard (10.6.3). Than I installed the Mac OS X 10.6.5 Update Combo and rebooted my system. After I had done this I backed up my IOUSBFamily, kext for /System/Library/Extensions. When the update to 10.6.6 was done I restored that file and rebooted. Then I updated to 10.6.7 and restarted normally.

I never updated modbin it just works for 10.6.7. But now I'm looking for a x64 bit kernel because I want to use more than 4GB of RAM and because modbin won't be updated anymore.

I hope I could help. Let me now if it works for you as well.

  7. Hi,

I noticed that you happen to have the bulldozer fx-4100 like me and are using the modbin kernel and 10.6.7. Can you please tell me how you got the modbin kernel to work past 10.6.4 as I have not been able to update past 10.6.4.

    Thank you very much,

    Mongo

  8. If recognized it, but if I remove maxmem=4096 I get an error that says 'CPU hold'. Si elle a reconnu, mais si je retire maxmem = 4096, j'obtiens une erreur qui dit que "hold CPU".
  9. Thanks, but the kext for USB3.0 isn't working for me. The sound kext is working, but the sound rushes. Thats very annoying. And I noticed that the graphics isn't working properly either. The screen resolution is perfect (10920x1080x32), but I can't watch flash Videos and PowerPoint or Keynote presentations aren't working either and for exsample mp4 video are playing very slow (about 4fps). [Fixed now. I can now even play games!] But three days ago a wasn't able to boot the Setup DVD, so that I got Snow Leopard working that way it is right now is a huge success for me, thanks to you. By the way I updated to 10.6.7 successfully.
  10. I did, but after I installed this patch a got a pernel panic. I'll try again soon.
  11. My Snow Leopard installation ony recognizes only 4GB DDR2 800 RAM. My system: Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 (Capable of EFI and BIOS) CPU: AMD FX 4100 (4x 4.4Ghz) Chipset: AMD 970 RAM: 12GB DDR3 1333 GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6450 from Sapphire with 1GB of RAM
  12. I got Snow Leopard 10.6.3 to work and its even more stabile the distro of Snow Leoard that I had on my Inter-based notebook. But a few thing don't work: Graphics (fixed) USB3.0 Bootload (Still have to use CDMod) (fixed) Only 4GB of 12 GB RAM are recognized Does not recognize my iPod touch Sound not working But thanks for your help
