  1. Chrome blocks the download for this because it says that it is malicious. Can anyone verify if it is actually malicious?
  2. After letting it dry for a while it booted up again. No grains of any kind were used in the recovery of my phone.
  3. Hello, ? I was taking a shower today while my iPhone 5C was in the bathroom. Apparently it doesn't like steam because it ended up turning completely off on its own accord and now it won't turn back on. I'm assuming that it has a moisture sensor which has been tripped and won't let me turn it back on. It was completely charged when it turned off and it can't be detected in iTunes. What should I do to try to get my phone to start up?
  4. After attempting to install Linux Mint Debian Edition alongside Windows and OSX it ended up preventing Chameleon from loading from the hard drive and it corrupted my Windows bootloader. GRUB wasn't installed either. How can I fix this and get my computer to boot?
  5. After copying the Dock application from an uneffected computer to my laptop the issue was solved.
  6. Yes. It can be fixed by respringing the iPad or by restoring the firmware to the unjailbroken default (the latter is the permanent solution). I've only encountered this issue on iOS 5.0.1 but never in later versions. You will most likely not encounter this issue.
  7. I did another AV scan and it did find a potentially malicious file (that wasn't in the Dock application) and I deleted it. This didn't seem to immediately fix the issue as it persisted for one more login but has not occurred since. Would it be safe (and a good idea) for me to copy the Dock application from a Mac that is unaffected and then replace mine with that?
  8. I have managed to get the domain working correctly without having to change the port. I did this by setting No-Ip to use DNS Host (A) instead of port 80 redirect.
  9. Hello, I have been hosting a website using the Server app and I have been using No-Ip for the domain name. Unfortunately the server is hosting on port 80 and No-Ip wants to connect to a server that is running on port 8080. This makes the domain name not link to the website. I want to change the port that the server is hosted on so that it can work with the domain name.
  10. Actually it is just a vanilla OSX install with the patches needed to run on my computer (in this case the HP Probook 4530s).
  11. Recently on occasion when I log on I get a message saying that Dock wants to delete an application and it asks for authorization. I don't know what it is trying to delete so I have not authorized it. Why is this happening and what is it trying to delete? Also, how can I get rid of the message?
  12. Cool theme. What is it called?
  13. I have been trying to downgrade my iPad 2 to iOS 6.1.2 in order to jailbreak it. I have downloaded a IPSW of iOS 6.1.2 for Wifi iPad 2s but when I attempt to restore it from the IPSW I encounter some issues. When I try to restore it iTunes responds with an error saying that the IPSW is incompatible with my device. Why would this be and how can I fix it?
