    I have the same graphics card and was wondering if you have tested it with a program to see the performance? I tested mine with cinbench and got a openGL of 41 fps. You know if this is a weak score?

    Thanks. Just trying to gage how well my card is doing and if there are other ways to test or tweak it to maximize it.

    Gaziantep thanks so much for this. It works on my EGVA GTX 460 although it identifies it as a GT430. The only thing I don't seem to have is brightness control. Any Hints? Bob

    This work s but after about 5 minutes after wake-up, I get KP on my desktop. Works fine on my laptop.

    Do you know of or do you think there will be support for the Radeon HD 6550M. I have an Acer Aspire 7741g-6426 running OS 10.6.7. TrackPad, wireless, sound, web cam all work ( with obsessive reinstalls to get it all going) . Using Graphics mode in plist, I have 1152X864 resolution but of course DVD, QuickTime:( don't work because of no valid video for playback.
