    Clover

It's not better than before: My GA EX-58 shows a new 4GB-DDR-RAM (since 3142) and FusionDrives are not shown correctly as start-partitions (since 2998)
  2. MacGrumel

    Clover Configurator

This new Version 4.22.1 includes a new bug: I can't restore a changed Config.PList in the normal way by "save and close" or "Export", I have to go to "Export Configuration/Export As..."
  3. MacGrumel

    Clover Configurator

The latest Version is not really running any more. Every change at the config-file goes to iMac 27"/2009 at restart.
  4. MacGrumel

    Clover

It's the same bug since No.3000: NO Support for Fusion Drives at Non UEFI/64. All FDs are shown as Boot OS X form OS X..
  5. MacGrumel

    Clover bootloader v2k

It includes the same bug like all versions since 3000: at non-UEFI-64-BIT You can't see Your partitions name on any Apple Fusion Drive, they are all called Boot OS X.
  6. MacGrumel

    Clover

The GUI is not working in it's correct way: any EFI-Partion is shown as Windows, the Mac-Partions don't have any Name, just shown as "Mac". It's not easy to take not the wrong one. But it is starting.. I'm going back to r2953.
  7. MacGrumel

    Clover

Is it ALL NEW? It's not running my config.plist and not my Fusion Drives. NO Raid supported, it shows all disks as single..

nVidia WebDrivers Installer - NVDA4ALL for Yosemite 10.10.0

Two problems: 1st: you'll get only a small .txt from the ling, 2nd problem: Error (509)This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!
  9. MacGrumel

    Clover

It's not running with my Clover Installation on Gigabyte GA-EX58 UD5, not Yosemite, not Mavericks, no Fusion Drive

This is my external Chameleon booter for a Gigabyte GA EX-58-UD5 board, Intel i7/920, a Geforce 9800 GT, lots of Memory, some hard drives, Fusion Drives and it is running with any unchanged original Mac OS since 10.5.8 as a Mac Pro 4.1. Thanks to all developers, I have just put together all needed kext, completely compiled SMBios- & org.chameleon.Boot pList and a dsdt.aml with sound integrated. You may open it and copy to any drive with more than 45 MB formatted in GUID/Mac OS Extended, than run Chameleon about it. If You would use one of the elder MacOS’s don’t take the latest Chameleon r2391, it runs only 10.9 Mavericks and 10.10, where I’m still waiting for .. The Boot.plist is made for starting a FusionDrive partition (that’s hd(x/3)), you may change it to any other device. Don’t put the BOOTER on a Fusion Drive, it is more simple on every other, that You can make to Your first device in Gigabyte BIOS. (I nowadays mostly use a power-full Geforce GTX 660i, but it runs only 10.8 & 10.9 and I had to change to GraphicsEnabler=No & UseNvidiaROM=Yes)

    clover v2

CloverEFI 64Bit BiosBlock IO and CloverEFI 32Bit are not included any more. No good idea!

    Which OSX versions support RGB?

What a nonsense! The Apple II from 1977 did use TV-Color-Displays! Every running computer system from this millennium has to support RGB-colors! What do you think it is??
  13. I have had the same problem. You have to pre-select the real right boot-section at org.chameleon.boot.plist like <key>Default Partition</key> <string>hd(4,3)</string> . Chameleon will normally boot to section part 2.. ( http://www.osx86.net/view/3864-gigabyte_ga_ex-58_ud5_fusion_drive_booter.html ) Good luck!

Gigabyte GA EX-58 UD5 Fusion Drive Booter This small USB-Booter is made for the good old Gigabyte GA EX-58 UD5 motherboard with NVIDA Graphics, running Mountain Lion from a Mac Fusion Drive (http://www.macworld.com/article/2014011/how-to-make-your-own-fusion-drive.html). I have not changed anything from the original System, all special kexts are put to the Extentions Folder, including some kexts for ATI-Cards, on the thumb drive. Take any USB-Drive and partion it to HFS+/GUID/Mac OS Extended. Copy (repartion) the Gigabyte-Image with Disc Utility and than run the latest Chameleon (v2.2svn r2232) about it with Chameleon Standart & Option/Audio & /Basics/EthernetBuiltIn=Yes & /Video/GraphicsEnabler=Yes. Set the USB-Drive as first drive on BIOS. If you want to boot from Fusion Drive you only have to write the 3rd partion as Start on the org.chameleon.Boot.plist (like: Default Partitionhd(1,3)). That's all!! It runs with 10.6 or 10.7, too. But Fusion Drive is only running at 10.8.2 and later. I have not seen it is so simple to start my Hackintosh from Fusion Drive. You only have to write a 3, not the normal 2..

Nvidia low profile card GT120 or GT220?

The GT120 is also known as "Apple NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 Grafik-Upgrade-Kit for Mac Pro 2009". You will have no problems with this Card, it works OOB with Graphics Enabler = Yes. But it is very slow now with Mountain Lion, just about 60 3D Frames Per Second in NovaBench-Tests at my Hackintosh - it was much better in SnowLeopard and Lion. The 220 or 210 are in better Performance, the 210 will also need only Graphics Enabler = Yes at Chameleon.Boot.Plist, the 220 will run with NVEnabler kext
