  8. Hey forum, I've not posted here for quite some time, last time I made a tutorial on how to get iCloud working on Mavericks. I've recently bought the most epic laptop ever! The Lenovo Y510P and I'm starting to miss OS X. I've read a lot of other topics on the web and no one seems to be able to install it correctly. I just wan't to hear if anyone knows anything about my Laptop and if it's compatible with Yosemite or anything at all thanks! ? My specs are: ? 9. Hackintosh all the way! bump bump
  10. Bump up the jam bump'it up
  11. I'd recommend downloading it from the AppStore, then using myHack to install it to a 8gb USB. That's how I did it, and it works flawlessly ^-^
  12. Will this only effect if we update to the newest version? What if we stay at 10.9.0?
  13. Wow that sounds odd indeed, and you've tried as the guide suggests? This backup you're speaking of, is it only files (games, documents etc.)?
  14. Alright I had some difficulties. When I was choosing drive it said "Windows cannot be installed on this drive". The fix was setting that particular drive as first boot priority in my BIOS, then it would install. After the installation I just changed it back to my SSD with Chameleon
  15. Hi I've got a question. I've got 1 Crucial M500 SSD and two HDD's. Is it possible to have window installed on my second HDD and still have Mavericks installed with no problems with the bootloader? Cheers
  16. Try downloading a sleepenabler.kext (search in the download section). Also my Hackintosh has the same issue (Mavericks though) with the shutdown. What I found working 50% of ?the time, is logging out, then from there click "Shutdown". ?<--- That's my case however so I can't promise anything ^-^
  17. WiFi: I believe this is the kext you're looking for:?http://www.osx86.net/files/file/77-atheros-ar9285-ml-10-8-4/ ? Try it
  18. I'm sorry but your wifi card isn't supported I'd suggest check this:?http://www.macbreaker.com/2013/08/the-best-usb-wifi-adapters-for-your.html. Try to consider buying a usb wifi adapter, there are plenty good ones out there for cheap money ?
  19. Have you tried booting with the bootflag USBBusFix=Yes ?
  20. Exactly, {censored} do have a huge list of customacs that average from price. My friend just bought for 1700$ using a guide on {censored} and it works right out of the box
  21. Longest title ever, but congrats on getting it working.
