  1. Ok...Waiting on trying out iAtkos L2 10.7.2 on my Acer Aspire 5315-2142. Will change the processor to the recommended Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 Ggz this year and I will install the 32bit kexts from the check boxes. once I've done that I will let you guys know. So far iAtkos seems to work good for Acer Aspire books.
  2. I've somehow managed to install iAtkos L2 on my eMachines 350-2074 model with an N450 Atom Processor 1 Gig Ram 160 Gig HD. Video is at 1024x600 natively. Not full, but works for right now.
  3. Well guess what. I easily installed iAtkos L2 onto my Celeron 2.0 with 1 Gig of ram. I used a USB to boot from the pc and then I used the commands..."mach_atom -v" and wham, bam, thank you ma'am! Choose your language and do not choose any 32 bit stuff because you will get a bad screen at startup. Do not select any CPU or Monitor sensor because you will get a KP(Kernel Panic). Select the ATOM Kernel...Why? I don't know somehow it likes it. And choose the Chimera boot loader. Once everything starts go through the sign on fase etc., etc. The once fully booted go to the boot loader with the cameleon on it and in the periferals select the 1280x800x32 resolution then lock it...remember in order to make changes there you need to unlock it with your password. Reboot and notice the difference!!! Good luck. Any questions or remarks you can leave it right here. Oh, one more thing...Boot -v the first time and use the ethernet kexts to install onto your pc. By the way...before doing any of this take out your wifi...because it will cause a lot of havic on your new Lion. Recommend you go for the BCM5906M/Wi-Fi BCM 4390 when you make the install also you can use the voodoohda kext installer from iAtkos S3 v2 to give you pc some sound. Good luck and God Speed!!!
  4. I have been trying to install Lion on my Acer Aspire D250 netbook and so far I have gone as far as with the 11A390 version of Lion to in the install fase and keep getting the message that says "Please restart your pc or do a recovery using the Time Machine" something like that to that effect. I might be missing something a step or whatever...If I can get a little bit more clarity as to what I should do next would be of great help. Thanks. Brian PC: Acer Aspire One D250 Netbook Processor: Intel Atom 1.6 Ghz Memory: 1 Gig HD: 160
