  1. Hello. Iv'e been hackintoshing since 10.5 always Intel. I'm now in possession of an AMD rig and if possible I require some advice from you guys with your AMD experiences. From the research I have conducted so far, I know I'm in a deep hole with my hardware. Please can you let me know the latest and most stable recommended OS for me or tell me straight if I should be focusing my time elsewhere. I know chances are slim but if there is one I will go for it. The components that matter are below; CPU FX-6300 (Piledriver) GPU XFX Radeon HD 7770 Core Edition MOBO Asus M5A99X EVO R2 Thanks for any help chaps.

    XPC 0.70.rar

Lion is very stable for me, its completely dependent on your system. You also have to remember this is a development release and not an Alpha or even a Beta. This finished product is going to be immense. the only problem im having is that i cant get 1080p 60hz like i could in snow leopard with my 9500 GT i can only get 1080 30hz, it wont change to 50 or 60....strange. Anybody have any input. Im using NVEnabler 64, i get full QE but no 60hz on 1080.

For booting Lion 10.7 Development release. XPC 0.70 Updated 18.03.2011 Mini Guide: Download the XPC Boot Prepare Tool. Run it on your usb stick you intend to use as your XPC bootloader to boot the Lion installer. After the package has been run extract the contents of XPC 0.70.rar into the root of the usb stick, then navigate to efi/xpc/ (place your DSDT.aml here) Your stick is now prepared to boot the Lion installer. Im not providing a guide on how to restore the Lion installer to a seperate USB stick, there are guides around for that. This is Just the bootloader. I have added a complete Lion installation pdf. Part 2 refers to the boot loader, in the guide it uses iB{censored} which you can use or you can replace part 2 (iB{censored}) with my instructions above and use XPC 0.70 up to you. If you would like the latest iB{censored} 1.4 that is above. The link in the guide (part 2) links to an older iB{censored}.
