  1. Version 2.6.0f1

    This is Mavericks 10.9.2 AppleHDA 2.6.0f1 patched to work with ALC662. I used VCH888's patch from Insanelymac, so thanks to him for the binpatch! I made this to my Gigabyte G31M-S2L, but maybe it works on other boards too. - LineOut (tested,works) - Headphone(autoswitch) (tested,works) - RearMic (tested,works) - frontMic (not working) - LineIn (not tested but it should work) - SPDIF (not tested but it should work) You need these in your DSDT: Device (HDEF) { Name (_ADR, 0x001B0000) Method (_PRW, 0, NotSerialized) { Return (Package (0x02) { 0x09, 0x05 }) } Method (_DSM, 4, NotSerialized) { Store (Package (0x06) { "built-in", Buffer (One) { 0x01 }, "layout-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x0C, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "PinConfigurations", Buffer (Zero) {} }, Local0) DTGP (Arg0, Arg1, Arg2, Arg3, RefOf (Local0)) Return (Local0) } }
  2. This package is not containing the real Mavericks AppleHDA kext, it's version only 2.3.7, while mavericks AppleHDA version is 2.5.2. I'll upload the real Mavericks AppleHDA 2.5.2 patched. ? @imp0rt: as I see your codecdump, only your subsystem ID is different than on my ALC622. And there is no subsystem ID info added to AppleHDA kext. So I don't know what could be the problem. ? I can only say try this: download the patched applehda kext, then open "AppleHDA.kext/contents/plugins/applehardwareconfigdriver.kext/contents/info.plist" file in a plist editor (DON'T use a plain text editor!), and you'll find a key in it, called "ConfigData". Modify it's value by changing the first character "2" to "1" on each sections in it. So for example "21471c10 21471d40......" to "11471c10 11471d40......". If it's still not working then try to change them to "0". I don't have any other idea. ? (That "2" represents the codec's address)
  3. I didn't make patched AppleHDA binary for 10.8.5... so... you just repacked the 10.8.4 one?
  4. This is just a binary rollback to the 10.8.4 version. Just to know.
  5. Did you use the same patch as in 10.8? Or the new applehda requires some new patches? Because I couldn't patch it for alc662 yet.
  6. the -f flag makes the boot.plist file ignored... so check your boot.plist file (org.chameleon.boot.plist in /Extra) and check the options there, maybe some option in the plist file makes the system fail to boot.
  7. If you used a hdaenabler.kext on 10.8.2, it will work with 10.8.3 too. Just use that hdaenabler with this new applehda.kext.

    This is Mountain Lion 10.8.3 AppleHDA 2.3.7fc4 patched to work with ALC662. I used VCH888's patch from Insanelymac, so thanks to him for the binpatch! I made this to my Gigabyte G31M-S2L, but maybe it works on other boards too. - LineOut (tested,works) - Headphone(autoswitch) (tested,works) - RearMic (tested,works) - frontMic (not working) - LineIn (not tested but it should work) - SPDIF (not tested but it should work) You need these in your DSDT: Device (HDEF) { Name (_ADR, 0x001B0000) Method (_PRW, 0, NotSerialized) { Return (Package (0x02) { 0x09, 0x05 }) } Method (_DSM, 4, NotSerialized) { Store (Package (0x06) { "built-in", Buffer (One) { 0x01 }, "layout-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x0C, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "PinConfigurations", Buffer (Zero) {} }, Local0) DTGP (Arg0, Arg1, Arg2, Arg3, RefOf (Local0)) Return (Local0) } }
  9. I tried everything... I always getting the "this apple id can't be used this time" error... I tried to make new appleID, and getting the same error with that. Changed password, changed everything, always the same error keeps coming... I only got it working when someone registered his iphone with my appleid... then I changed my password, and getting the same error again... How the hell could I make it to work without the need of an extra iOS device?!
  10. ACPI is for cpu speedstepping and other power management. It has nothing to do with your graphics card. btw acpi system state s0 s3 s4 s5 (s3) is not an error message, it's appearing for everyone on real macs too. And from that message, it appears that you have working power management, so the problem is something else I think...
  11. ekztal: download the last kemalALKIN package and copy only the "HDAEnabler.kext" (and if it won't work, then the "ALC662.kext" too) from it to your /S/L/E. (that kext does the same thing as the dsdt code) Then use this new AppleHDA.kext.
  12. Yes, but it is not working for me too. I have no need DSDT mb.

    Sound works with HDAEnabler and ALC662 kexts from http://www.osx86.net/view/3224-alc_662_for_10.8.2.html even with original AppleHDA kext from 10.8.2

    Except microphone...((((

  13. help me, please! need patched applehda 10.8.2 (mb asrock h61m-u3s3, alc662).

    http://www.osx86.net/view/3224-alc_662_for_10.8.2.html - not working! based on your old applehda.kext file.

  14. I don't have any problems, working nicely, thanks!
