I took V0.3 by macky_reddy and added several patches, which may or may not be necessary, but don't cause any issues AFAIK. Using DSDTSE I added: #1 Method DTGP.dsl patch; #6 Time Machine FIX patch (with corrected "Marvell Yukon Gigabit Adapter 88E804Y Singleport Copper SA" name); #41 Firewire power conservation patch (note, this requires that the native dsdt "PBTN" for power button be changed to the Mac "PWRB" device name throughout, also, in the DSDTDE patch code there's an error where the line "Notify (\_SB.PCI0.PCIB.FRWR, 0x00)" has a "B" where an "E" should be, so I inserted the correct line "Notify (\_SB.PCI0.PCIE.FRWR, 0x00)". This DSDT.aml file has no errors and many optimizations, but in 10.7.1 verbose startup I'm still seeing the line "FireWire runtime power conservation disabled. (2)" which I was hoping to eliminate with the Firewire patch.
This is for 10.6.4 only. If you have an earlier OS version, get the SleepEnabler.kext version specific to your exact OS version. You can install easiest with Kext Helper b7.
