  1. 10.10.5 XPS12-9Q23 ALC3260(275) AppleHDA.kext

? ?Put the codes below into "Scope \_SB" in your DSDT Device (PNLF) { Name (_ADR, 0x00) Name (_HID, EisaId ("APP0002")) Name (_CID, "backlight") Name (_UID, 0x0E) Name (_STA, 0x0B) } PS: I can't download your DSDT because our country has banned this website. If you need help again, you can upload documents to dropbox.
  2. Version

Without DSDT, you can’t adjust monitor’s light. There is no sound either, but the HD4000 is working in a right way. So I attached my XPS12-9Q23 i7-3537U DSDT.aml, if your cpu is not this model, you should change somewhere in mine to fit yours. Patched Kexts for XPS12-9Q23 contain: AppleACPIBatteryManager AppleBacklight AppleHDA ApplePS2Controller FakeSMC IOPlatformPluginFamily and etc. Copy the clover into the extra flash and boot with it.
  3. 10.10.5 XPS12-9Q23 ALC3260(275) AppleHDA.kext

Replace the i7 information in my DSDT with your i5.
  4. 10.10.5 XPS12-9Q23 ALC3260(275) AppleHDA.kext

Because my xps12-9Q23 is i7-3537U, it didn't fit your i5-3317U. PS: I see you on the tony!

It is for XPS12 9Q23. There are guide, kexts and boot loader. Take a look /EFI/CLOVER/doc/The Guide for Installing OS X 10.9 in Dell XPS12 9Q23 CLOVER BOOT and it will help you. AppleHDA updates can be found if you search the key words: XPS12.
  9. Apple HDA for ALC 275 10.8 and 10.9
