  1. Missed this app. ?Thanks for making it El Cap-compatible.
  2. Looks like a nice collection of well-known tools. Still more to add including DSDT Editor and MaciASL.
  3. I don't have the Blu-Ray drive, just DVD and it is working fine for me.
  4. @ vooroojak Yeah, I had to remove it from plugins. Hopefully it will work for me when 10.8.3 comes out.
  5. The GPU sensor makes my laptop freeze. It has both the Intel HD4000 and the AMD Radeon 9850M. The cool thing is that, during boot up, it seemed to recognize my Radeon GPU where it has never previously been recognized but, as I said, once it boots up, the laptop freezes.

These are the files I used to create a fully-working installation of Mountain Lion 10.8.2 on my HP Envy 17-3200 CTO laptop. An instruction guide is included.
  7. I have the HP Envy 17t-3200. It also has the Beats Audio with Bass Subwoofer. Has anyone gotten the subwoofer to function properly? I am using the VoodooHDA 2.76 (brand new) and I get decent audio out of the left and right speakers but no bass out of the subwoofer. I sure would like to get that working.
  8. The newest HWMonitor and FakeSMC appear to be only 64-bit. For those of us with the X3100 graphics chip, running 32-bit Lion, this doesn't work.
  9. No QE/CI. I had to use the 10.6.2 64-bit kexts that give proper resolution but not QE/CI.

I successfully installed Mountain Lion GM on my Dell Inspiron 1720 with X3100 graphics. I used a ton of custom files to get the USB installer to load. When I ran the installer, it gave me some errors but I disregarded them. I copied the S/L/E folder from the USB installer to my ML partition along with the Extra folder. The ML installation booted up successfully the first time I attempted to boot up and I was able to successfully create an account and use iCloud to sync with my other devices. Good luck using these. If you're trying to install on a different laptop with different specs, don't expect the DSDT file to work well for you. I still have problems getting the laptop to wake from sleep and to shutdown/reboot. I am using Coolbook for speedstepping. This is still a work in progress.
  11. I am using these kexts with ML GM but no QE/CI.
  12. The only 64-bit drivers for the X3100 GPU come from SL 10.6.2. They were buggy as hell and Apple stopped supporting 64-bit drivers for the X3100 after this one release. To my knowledge, you can get accurate resolution with the 64-bit drivers but not the translucent menu bar. It says QE/CI are supported but less so than when booting in 32-bit.
  13. Worked for me on my Dell Inspiron 1720. You should be clear, however, that the drop-down menu bar item in your photo is an iStat menu bar item, not the native OS X battery menu bar item. When I first installed it, I kept thinking I did something wrong because the drop-down menu for my menu bar battery icon didn't look like yours. Still, I'm glad to not have to use the Vooddo.battery.kext. Thanks.

I have tweaked the gui so that it saves my fan speed/temp settings. This app only runs in 32-bit mode and only on Dell laptops. Install the kext in S/L/E or Extra (I keep it in S/L/E so that I can use kernel cache.) Here's the original website: http://www.diefer.de/i8kfan/ Here's the website for OS X: http://potatosaladx.blogspot.com/2007/05/i8kfangui-for-mac-os-x.html Enjoy cool CPU temps.
  15. Is is possible to set up Clover on a Flash drive and boot from that until you get your config set up right?
  16. Great work. There are so many useful features in this utility.
  17. Is there a reason for posting Leopard 10.5.6 AppleIntelGMAX3100 kexts?
  18. Nice work, especially getting the prefpane to work correctly.

This is a kext which is modified for the Dell Inspiron 1520/1720 to cause the laptop's Integrated Webcam to be recognized as an internal iSight cam. The only changes are in the Vendor ID and Device ID. I installed this to my Extra/Extensions folder and it works fine for me.
  20. This works fine for me and it seems to work on most but not all apps. For some reason, it does not appear to work in Finder. It was very nice to use for Disk Utility to be able to see all of the items in the log for repairing permissions. Is it possible to get full screen for Finder?
