    Glad it's working for you. Yes, my system was set up the same way w a DSDT and this power management kext. You can compare your results before and after adding this kext by running the opengl benchmark in Cinebench. To clarify for everyone else, this will ONLY work with the GTS 250 w the above device ID. It wasn't created to work with any other graphics card.

    Modified AppleGraphicsPowerManagement.kext for the Nvidia GTS250 1GB card (Device ID: 10de0615). This will resolve all video stuttering that occurs in mission control and launchpad. It also regulates graphics card temperatures and clock speeds to be what they should. It should give a huge increase in graphics benchmarking too. Compatible with any MacPro SMBios configuration. Make sure your system shows up as a mac pro in 'about this mac' prior to installation. Tested in 10.7.2.

    Confirmed working in Lion GM! This tripled my cinebench score on my GTS250 . For anyone else wondering why their system is running choppy even with QE and CI, this is probably what you need.
