    Without DSDT, you can’t adjust monitor’s light. There is no sound either, but the HD4000 is working in a right way. So I attached my XPS12-9Q23 i7-3537U DSDT.aml, if your cpu is not this model, you should change somewhere in mine to fit yours. Patched Kexts for XPS12-9Q23 contain: AppleACPIBatteryManager AppleBacklight AppleHDA ApplePS2Controller FakeSMC IOPlatformPluginFamily and etc. Copy the clover into the extra flash and boot with it.
