Hi Sernic, and welcome to the forum.

Snow Leo may be not impossible, I´m unsure about ALI chipsets though.

Best check your hardware with: Hackintosh System Info - Downloads - OSx86.net

Select "Check compatibility" from the file menu, to get the results.

If there are little or no :( try to follow the guide: http://www.osx86.net/desktops/9746-guide-os-x-10-6-amd.html

Best wishes!

Wow, that is looking pretty good, except for the SoundBlaster of course.

Maybe you can use a USB "soundcard" instead, I´m not sure whether those will work well with USB1.1.

I think green ticks are Apple system kexts, and smileys third party. No matter as long as they are working. :)

Good luck with Nawcom´s Mod CD!

Best try this image. Burn it to CD with IMGBurn in Windows: Hackintosh Nawcom OSX ModCD - Downloads - OSx86.net

Booting Snow Leo 10.6.3 Retail from that Nawcom Mod CD in (-v)erbose mode gives error "Still waiting for root device". I've read on polish site that this problem is caused by my "exotic" IDE controller. I don't have any USB DVD drive, or USB to ATA adapter, so I think that I must modify boot CD with adding kexts for my IDE controller. How can I do this?

Waiting for root device points to an issue with the IDE controller. Can you set it to AHCI in BIOS at all?

Maybe you can try one of these AppleIntelPIIXATA kext fully working for all ICHx Mobo (All Sata Channels working) - SATA/IDE Controllers - InsanelyMac Forum but as far as I recall, a similar thing is included with the Mod CD.

Most patches applied to Intel ICH? controllers.

Try this one too, although it was meant for 10.5 Leopard: ALi/ULi ATA Controller (PATA/SATA) - SATA/IDE Controllers - InsanelyMac Forum
