Can I switch between Intel and Nvidia card on fixed bios laptop?

Question

My laptop can't adjust anything related to Graphics Card. It has Intel HD Graphics as integrated graphics and Nvidia Geforce GT335M as dedicated graphics card.

Is it possible to switch between Intel and Nvidia card on fixed bios laptop?

Optimus isn't supported in OS X, so no.

The only thing that might work is disabling the Intel GPU in BIOS. But most laptops can't do that.

Sorry. The best method is to put the nVidia card out in BIOS. When that is not possible or when you use it in Windows, then you need to patch your DSDT.

When you put the nVidia GFX off in DSDT, your battery will last longer!
