I'm having the same problem. ML3U.

i5 4570

Mobo's chipset is B85

8Gigs of RAM

Only different thing is that I have an Nvidia video card, not ATI.

Haswell can only run on a Mavericks 10.9 system. If you want to run it on Mountain Lion you'll have to wait for the 10.8.5 update which has support for Haswell.

Also use one of the latest Chameleons.

Don't use distros use myHack

Exactly Same issues here using MyHack and DP1. Trying to install on Haswell Asrock Z87e-itx + i5 4670k + Gt 640 (searching for a successfull guide for similar motherboard also). I really don't intend to modify my BIOS (UEFI) or any "radical" solutions. I've tried and I've had problems.

All guides, UEFI configurations and tools didn't work here yet. Waiting for new tools and ML updates or Mavericks soon.

Hey ppl :)

i got the solution, use "myHack" instead "iatkos". i've an i7 4770 CPU and B85M-Pro4 mobo, the only solution was prepare a usb stick from ML with myHack and this kernel:

https://meklort.com/~sinet3k/10.8.2%20sinetek%20003/mach_sse4_exts

save the file mach_sse4_exts and rename it mach_kernel, replace the kernel from myHack stick (it works with iatkos too but the UEFI installer is sh*t).

cheers :)

Instead of renaming you can boot with the bootflag:

mach_sse4_exts -v

This way the kernel will not be overwritten by an update.

And yes myHack is so much better.

Thanks :)
