UPDATE 2: the problem is with SMBios in config.plist!!!

UPDATE 3: ok, I fixed config.plist by commenting some keys in SMBIOS (latest version of clover is able to set up everything for you if you provide the ProductName) and the system reach the installation, this is what I edited:

		<string>Apple Inc.</string>
		<string>Apple Inc.</string>
		<string>Apple Inc.</string>
		<string>MacBook Pro</string>
		<string>Apple Inc.</string>

after this, everything works like a charm with el capo

You are right, there was something bad in the config.plist and your fix works indeed! I'm not sure how I didn't spot this before, maybe when I installed El Capitan I already had an updated config.plist and didn't try the one provided in this guide.

Help me, i downloaded Clover_3320_preinstall.zip , i can't boot with macOS Sierra

Sorry I've never tried this system with Sierra. Chances are the guide would need to be updated.

Good afternoon, I just wanted to ask you: what does the file "ssdt-1" perform on your laptop?
that controls?. I want to understand your guide better. I understand the function of the ssdt.aml file, but I could not understand the function of the ssdt-1.aml file. thanks

It doesn't perform anything, as written in the guide we're only keeping it because the DSDT makes some references to registers that are defined in SSDT-1. And because we've opted in Clover to drop all SSDTs, if we don't add this file we're effectively not loading any of its contents, which would end up making our DSDT point to invalid references.

Hello @m.gbt
First of all, congrats on the tutorial, very well written and detailed.
I know that this topic is old, but I´m new on the Hackintosh world and have the same Ultrabook and wanted to give it a try.

Working perfectly including updates :D

24/01/18 - Just a quick update... Purchased the following: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/301703894402 (ATHEROS AR9285 AR5B95 802.11BGN PCI EXPRESS HALF MINI WLAN CARD AW-NE785H - W006), replaced the Intel Centrino, applied the kext enclosed with the Kext Utility and working perfectly :)

That's great to know, thank you very much for your contribution! At the time of writing this guide, I didn't try disassembling the laptop completely, so I had always believed that the Centrino board was integrated but actually it can be replaced like you correctly pointed out.
