Check if your nvram is working fine by running in the terminal:

sudo nvram -p?

By the way, the topic title is too generic, you may be getting really high performance but a slow boot. I recommend you to run Geekbench and Novabench both on Windows and Mac and then compare the results (not only the final score but the actual values of each test).

If you're using Chameleon, see if it helps: install FileNVRAM.dylib to /Extra/modules and reboot. Check again the output of sudo nvram -p

If you're using Clover, follow this tutorial:?http://www.idelta.info/archives/nvram_on_hackintosh/ reboot and re-check the output.

The NVRAM stores some settings between boots and it seems the values being stored in your PC aren't enough... It might help you, it's worth the shot.
