Niresh Mavericks 10.9 stuck at system uptime in nanosecs 0

Question

Hi?

I'm trying to install Mavericks N{censored} on my win 7 x64 pc using Virtual Box.

?

I downloaded mavericks iso file and am using Virtual Box 4.3.8

?

Following this guide from macbreaker but it fails to explain my issue...

?

My VBox Settings.

?

RAM 2GB

HDD 10 GB

Virtual Mem ?50+mb

?

I also tried these commands

?

VBoxManage modifyvm ?mac --cpuidset 00000001 000306a9 00020800 80000201 178bfbff

?

?

But finally got stuck at this image(nano 0.png)...

?

What seems to be a problem?

Update

?

I created same vm using vm ware workstation.

?

1. In vmware ws it loads perfectly but my mouse is haywire, completely unstable.?

?

2.opened above .vdmk in virtual box and guess what same screen appears after loading.

?

btw i have logitec usb mouse keyboard... is that a part of the problem?
