dc7800 sleep/wake up problem

Question

hi i have sleep/wake up problem
my configuration is : desktop dc7800. core2duo 3.32ghz + ram 4gb + nvidia gt610
in mavericks everyting work fine. but in my clean yosemite installation and when my hackintosh go to sleep never wake up and some times restart itself
this it my org.chameleon.Boot.plist for latest chameleon :
