Can't boot snow leopard installation from bootable usb in widows 7

Question

hello to everyone,

This is my first thread,as I am a new one here!

I would like to ask a question.I'm trying to install Snow Leopard in my acer 5633wlmi.I created a bootable usb using Transmac, restored it with disk image, changed the boot priority to my usb ,but it ignores it and boots from the hard disk to my windows7.Why is that happening?Does anybody know what's going on?

?

PS. I can't change my sata mode to AHCI from bios,as there's no option to do this action!

Thank you very much.

1. Could explain me how to do this.Where's that plist?

2. I tried with that (358-VoodooIntel3945-06.zip),but no luck. The link from geeknizer doesn't work.

I can't understand in geeknizer article the phrase "if you modify the Info.plist in the kexts and replace the version numbers of all bundles under OSBundleLibraries section with proper versions of your own kexts (use kextstat command in the Terminal to find proper versions)." Idon't know how to do this.

Thank you!!!

I did what is written in geeknizer article after I downloaded this file "358-VoodooIntel3945-06.zip" from here, (changed versions numbers etc.) but nothing seems to happens.Still no connection to Internet (Wi-fi).

Any help please?

@fimji, we know you want help, but please, don't post?desperately. Use the "Edit" bottom, and add the information. Wait for help, we have our lives too.? :eagerness:

?

1 - If you install Chameleon in your HD, the?org.chameleon.Boot.plist is inside the Extra folder. Use Chameleon Wizard for edit.

?

2 - When he said:

You might be able to get it to work on 10.6.0 or 10.6.1 if you modify the Info.plist in the kexts and replace the version numbers of all bundles under OSBundleLibraries section with proper versions of your own kexts

Read more:?http://geeknizer.com/intel-3945abg-wireless-snow-leopard-hackintosh/#ixzz3KJm6UKp6

?

Means if you want use this kext in old version of SL, like 10.6.0 and 10.6.1, you need modify the kext for work.
