ECS H55H-I

Question

Hi guys, i am trying to install Mavericks on this ECS motherboard, sadly i can't even get pass the string in the bios.

 

the only thing which I can set is the Sata configuration to ACHI.  i can't seem to find the other settings such as 64bit etc etc.

 

can someone guide on as the bios setting in this motherboard ? t5hank you

My wife has a similar G41 board from Biostar for XP still.

AFAIK the G41 chipset was not fully compatible with AHCI but somehow disabled. Anyway I can´t reach the OSX installer with that rig either.

I did not try any further, but there are patches to get around.

Maybe try with this one:
