Kernel Panic at install of macOS High Sierra

Hello everyone,
Greetings from Brazil!  I'm getting a kernel panic at the macOS High Sierra install process.  Any ideas on what could be happening?  Please refer to attached pictures.  Thank you very much for your time and help.  I really appreciate it.

CPu panic mostly caused by cpu management.use null cpu kext for it.

other than looks like its an distro ,use vanilla installer to install

you can use Vmware installation to make installer then start from there.
