longtime delays while starting clover. why?

Question

i have HiSierra 10.13.3 installed. In the begining it's works perfectly. After 1 month the problem starts:

power on - POST - start clover  - everything  Okey! Then clover whrite 'checking hardware', 'scanning entries'. it takes 20-30 sec between these messages, and 40 seconds till apple picture opens! Although from the begining it was 5 sec! I updated Clover from ver. 4411 to latest version but delays didn't gone... I'm afraid problem is clover-APFS relations. Anybody knows how to solve the problem? how to cut delays?

my HW is

ga-h61m-s2pv, Core i3-3250, ssd-128G, DDR3-4G, GTX-650
