Have you tried any method?

If you have access to a Mac or working Hack, use this guide to make a bootable installer > https://www.osx86.net/forums/topic/24601-how-to-create-a-bootable-installer-for-macos/

Download Clover from here and install it to the same USB Stick > https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot/

And make a try, if you have any issues, come back here and describe your issue, this way, we'll help you better...

here is the link for vm ware guide so u can use windows to make installer

https://dm0s.wordpress.com/2015/11/27/windows-vmware-guide-to-osx/

https://www.osx86.net/forums/topic/23878-how-to-install-osx-on-vmware-workstation-proplayer-for-windows-host/

AS for your HW goes

1.You have to use either one GPU ,better to use Intel

2.if intel HD need to disable AMD card

3.Rest we can work that out in post install

and here some builds ppl have done for idea

Yep its Possible, just make partition on windows and format it to FAt32.then reboot an install osx on it. Also you need to do Boot fix.
