Enable and Control Backlight | Brightness for Mojave 10.14.x

If you use Mojave 10.14.x, follow this guide to enable and control Backlight | Brightness for laptop/desktop.

NOTE: Before doing this you must need to Patch DSDT and SSDT

Requirement:
We need 4 thing for enabling and Controlling Laptop Backlight|Brightness.
  1. A Patched SSDT-PNLF.aml
  2. AppleBacklightFixup.kext
  3. Lilu.kext
  4. WhateverGreen.kext

 

Preparation:

Download this following elements

A Patched SSDT-PNLF.aml, AppleBacklightFixup.kext,Lilu.kext,WhateverGreen.kext

For Backlight|Brightness.zip <<<<<

 

Installation:
*Mount EFI Partition....
"Lilu.kext" and "WhateverGreen.kext" install to system/library or EFi/efi/clover/kext/Other
"AppleBacklightFixup.kext" install to system/library or EFi/efi/clover/kext/Other
"A Patched SSDT-PNLF.aml" install to EFi/efi/clover/Acpi/Patched

 

After Install:

Open Terminal and Paste this following command

In Terminal

sudo kextcache -i /

After process is complete, then reboot.

 

**If the Brightness | Backlight not working

Open Terminal and paste this following command one by one.

In Terminal....

sudo chmod -R 755 /System/Library/Extensions/
sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/Extensions/
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo touch /Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

After process is complete then Reboot.[Recommended]

 

All Done...😊😉
