BOOT USB OS X MOUNTAIN LION 10.8(FX-AMD).pkg 1.0

About This File

HELLO AMD USER !;)

I've created an installer which is called Boot usb OS X Mountain Lion 10.8(FX-AMD).pkg

Support CPU (only for the processors FX AMD )

the correct boot flag is arch=x86_64 npci=0x2000

The AMD Kernel made By Sinetek and patch by R:A:W:x86

Installer I think is the best at the moment for FX cpu

Is best AMD FX Kernel at the moment.

Thanks to InsanelyMac Forum .

BIG Thanks to Sinetek and R:A:W:x86 !!

This Installer works with the all package OS X Montain Lion 10. 8 (Installesd.dmg10.8x)

This installer main goal is to ease the way for people trying OS X Montain Lion on AMD

this is its possible with the bootloader Chimera 11.1.

Thanks to macman !

I tried this package to install ML on my FX4100+GA-78LMT-S2P, but it failed in USB writing process.

John john: I left a USB disk only to install this package, confirmed the same error using both a Lion and a MT Lion systems.

The error happens at the end of installer.

I'm looking to use a dedicated USB or ModCD installer since my Distros iATKOS ML2 and N{censored} 10.8.2 keep restarting with various attempts of flag combinations.

My system is:

AMD FX-4100

ASUS M5A 78L-M LX PLUS

GeForce 210

If there was a tutorial this would be great. Right now all I get is past the boot loader, the spinning wheel spins then a mouse pointer and a white bg, no installation. Am I doing something wrong?

Open your usb go to system/library/extension and then remove ATI6000Controller.kext (backup it somewhere else) after installation put that kext back.
